Price: Spreadsheets Are Free — But There Is a Hidden Cost

Let's be honest about this: spreadsheets are free. Google Sheets, Excel, WhatsApp — no subscription fee. For a studio with your first 10 members, this makes sense.

What isn't free is your time. Every manually confirmed booking takes 3–5 minutes: read the message, check the schedule in the spreadsheet, reply with confirmation, update capacity. If your studio has 40 active members booking an average of 3 times a week, that's roughly 6–10 hours of admin time per week — just for booking confirmations.
